Adult Family Home-Monterey is a licensed family home in the State of Washington to care for up to 6 residents. We provide room, board and nursing and emergency care due to our highly qualified staff. We also help with activities of daily living, personal care and social services. Our specialty is providing Dementia, Stroke, Diabetes, Cardiac, Hospice and Ventilator Care. The business is Registered Nurse/Nursing Assistant - Registered owned and operated.
The unique needs and circumstances of each individual are identified through a comprehensive geriatric assessment. We consider the individual's personal history, current and future healthcare needs, medication, preferences, personality and lifestyle. This personalized service is offered at no charge to our residents. Five levels of care are provided in the home. The professional, impartial and experienced staff will guide you in making the best possible choice and a successful transition for you or your loved one.
Once a resident is accepted, we have a commitment to do all that we can to make it possible for him/her to retain this home as their own, as long as they wish to do so.
